bathroom intercom?

Inside some bathroom stalls here in Japan, you may run across something that looks a lot like an intercom.   It isn't.
It's a motion sensitive noise-maker, that when activated, creates the sounds of a babbling brook to mask any audible tinkles, or evidence of a legume-rich diet.
