Forgotten in the corner of the freezer and suffering from major freezer burn, I've had an opened bag of edamame beans begging for a brilliant moment of repurposing. Tonight was the night, and I simply poured the sad little guys into a grill basket and tossed them on the fire. Several flips..10 minutes... a drizzle of olive oil...a liberal sprinkling of salt... a deliciously smoky pre-dinner snack. Scrumdiddlyumptious!
